We’re on a mission to build sustainable & resilient, community-driven programs, immersive experiences, and products in The Lost Sierra of Northern California.
Our focus is on fire and water resiliency, aging in place, workforce development, and the regenerative forest and recreational eco-tourism economy. We’re living and experiencing this first hand as customer zero and building the demonstrative ground zero with our spaces. We’re inviting our first set of Founding Stewards to come research and build with us a more sustainable way to live, work, and play.
We’re building a Mass Timber Experience and Research Center designed with a foundation in resiliency and sustainability with fire-harden materials, reduced embodied carbon emission construction, water positive, and integrated with the regenerative forest economy.
Our Community Innovation Lab located on historic Bonta Street in Blairsden, CA, once a thriving train depot town and a gateway to the Lake Basin Area in The Lost Sierra. We’re based here to revitalize the economy that has been impacted by fires and aging infrastructures.
